Why am I not getting Smart Protein dosing notifications?

Let's review these troubleshooting steps and see if we can get your dosing back up to speed! 

1. Is your subscription active? 

  • If you have paused, cancelled, or had a failed payment on your subscription, you will not receive smart dosing recommendations. 

2. Have you received your first delivery?

  • Dosing recommendations will only start coming through after your first Smart Recovery order has been delivered.  

3. Is your Apple Health connected to the Elo app? 

  • Find the steps on our YouTube, here. 

4. Is your wearable device connected to Apple Health? 

  • To see the list of wearable devices that are currently compatible with Elo and how to connect them to Apple Health, click here.  

5. Are your notification settings turned on? 

  • Go to the Elo app and select 'Profile'. Then, scroll down and click on 'Notifications'. 
  • Make sure the 'Protein reminders' button is toggle on, it should be green.  

Pro tip: If you have any issues, always make sure you are on the latest version of the app.
