Why am I getting "Can't Find Order" when I log into the Elo app?

First, double check that you are entering the same email you used to sign-up. If you aren't sure, you can confirm which email you used to sign-up by looking for the receipt in your email inbox.

If you can't find the sign-up receipt in your email inbox, it is likely that you have accidentally typo'd your email when first signing up.
