Elo's products are personalized, made specifically for you, and cannot be resold once they have been packed. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds due to the customization of each.
However, don't forget you can manage your subscriptions at any time right in the Elo app. Simply log into your Elo Health app and click the 'Profile' tab to make changes at least 48 hours before your upcoming order date.
