How do I skip an upcoming order?

We understand that sometimes you find yourself with an overstock so we've made it easy for you to manage your orders and skip a shipment or two at anytime. Just make sure to do so at least 48 hours before your next order!

Follow the simple steps below to skip an upcoming order:

1. In the Elo app, click the 'Profile' tab
2. Click the arrow next to your subscription
3. Click 'Manage' then 'Modify Subscription'
4. Choose how many months

Once you get to the screen that says "Subscription paused" you are good to go. 

Pro tip: your subscription(s) will automatically resume once the selected pause timeframe ends.
