How can I track my order?

Keep an eye on your email inbox and make sure your push notifications are turned on—we’ll always send you an update with tracking information once your order is on it's way to your front door. 

When you get the email, click the button that says "Track shipment in-app". This will take you to the home page tracking widget where you can click "Track shipment". On the next screen, click "Show details" and it will take you to the FedEx tracking link. See the images below. 

You can also check your Elo app Home Screen for real time tracking updates.
